Over the course of the day, you will be gently guided through practices that will allow you to slow down, reconnect with yourself and cultivate an inner sense of ease and calm coupled with digital detox. Carefully designed activities like doodling, colouring and mindful art to give you a sense of connection with the moment whilst relieving your stress.

Guided Meditation Sessions: Learn and practice mindfulness meditation techniques to calm your mind and enhance your awareness.

Yoga and Movement: Gentle yoga and mindful movement session suitable for all levels.

Workshops: Participate in creative workshop on art and journaling and more focused on mindfulness, stress reduction, and emotional resilience.

Mindful Breathing sessions: Coupling mindfulness with breathing to cultivate your awareness into the present moment. A variety of breathing exercises throughout the day.

Mindful Eating: Refreshments at the facility to be enjoyed mindfully followed by a scrumptious lunch to be enjoyed at leisure with the fellow participants.
